About the Maintenance Department
The Fulton County Maintenance Department provides upkeep, support and service to county owned facilities. This ensures a safe and well-maintained workplace for County Agencies/Departments and its constituents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain upkeep of county buildings and property including preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
- Maintenance of county vehicles.
- Maintain equipment.
- Attend to work order requests across county buildings and property.
- Assist with minor projects, repairs and renovations.
- Responsible for signage and flags.
- Installing and changing indoor and outdoor lighting.
- Maintain safety systems including electrical, fire, elevators, and HVAC systems.
- Outdoor maintenance during all seasons.
