Volunteers & Transportation

Fulton County seniors sometimes need help getting to medical appointments. Below is information on how the Senior Center is able to help with these needs!

Medical Escort Service

This program is primarily a one-on-one service provided for those requiring transportation to doctor and dentist appointments between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm for essential health needs. We require at least 2 weeks notice to fill a request. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest a donation to offset the cost of the transportation. 

Drivers for the escort service are primarily volunteers and cannot accept any responsibility for clients other than for transportation.


Volunteers

A program the magnitude of the Fulton County Senior Center could not function without dedicated volunteers. These loving heroes assist in the nutrition program, activities, transportation and escort services. There are many opportunities to become involved!
