The Fulton County Prosecutor is the County's chief criminal representative in court and prosecutes criminals in the name of the state. The Fulton County Prosecutor's Office prosecutes all felony criminal cases, such as murder, rape, felonious assault, drug trafficking and burglary, and all misdemeanor criminal cases and traffic cases that originate in the unincorporated areas of the county. (i.e. which occur outside the limits of a village or the City of Wauseon.)
