Frank T. Onweller, P.E., P.S.

Biography 

Frank T. Onweller has been the County Engineer since 1997. He is a lifelong resident of Fulton County; being raised in Assumption and a graduate of Evergreen High School. He is the son of Tom and Marian Onweller and has one brother Mark.

Education & Employment

Onweller received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University (ONU) and was a 4-year member of the men’s basketball team.

After graduation, Onweller worked as project engineer at T.R. Worline and Associates, Inc. in Swanton, Ohio from 1983 to 2000. Upon departure, he was a partner and a vice president.

Family & Hobbies

Onweller married his wife Teri in 1989 and they reside in Swanton. They have three daughters (Paige, Kaylee Kigar Brinkman, Alaina Kigar Colon), two granddaughters, and two grandsons.

In his free time, Onweller's hobbies include golf, coaching basketball, and attending various sporting events.
