Collections

If you have not made any payments on your case to the Clerk of Courts within 30 days after receiving a 3^rd notice, your case may have been sent to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office for collections.  If your case was sent, you will need to make any and all payments directly to the AG’s Office.  You must reference your case number or the account number assigned from the AG’s Office in order to process the payment online or by mail.
