Tax Foreclosures:
The Fulton County Treasurer requests a foreclosure action for delinquent real estate taxes.
Personal Property:
Collection action initiated by the Fulton County Treasurer to recover delinquent personal property taxes.
Mortgage Foreclosures:
Representing the interests of the Fulton County Treasurer when a mortgage company forecloses on a defaulted mortgage loan.
