LEGAL NOTICE

    The Fulton County Commissioners will receive bids for various Construction Materials to be used in Fulton County highway projects and maintenance programs during the 2023 calendar year.  BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the Fulton County Commissioners Office, 152 S. Fulton Street, Suite 270, Wauseon, Ohio and will be opened according to the following schedule:

PROPOSAL AND CONTRACTS:

A.    703 Aggregate.  Bid opening at 9:01 A.M.

B.    706 Reinforced Concrete Pipe.  Bid opening at 9:05 A.M.    

    Bidders may submit bids for any or all of the Proposals, however bids for each Proposal must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, with the name of the Bidder and the name of the Proposal written on the outside of the envelope.

    Proposals and Specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller, Fulton County Engineer, 9120-14, Wauseon, Ohio.

    By a unanimous vote of the Board of Fulton County Commissioners, all of the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code have been waived for these bids.

    The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
