LEGAL NOTICE

The Fulton County Commissioners will receive County Ditch Maintenance Hourly Rates for labor and equipment used in the performance of activities to be completed during the 2026 calendar year.  Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at the Fulton County Engineer’s Office; 9120 County Road 14; Wauseon, Ohio, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the name of the Bidder and “Bid for County Ditch Maintenance Hourly Rates” written on the outside of the envelope.

Proposals and specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller P.E., P.S., Fulton County Engineer, 9120 County Road 14, Wauseon, Ohio on weekdays, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. local time, or from www.fultoncountyoh.com/engineer under “Bid Postings”.

By a unanimous vote of the Board of Fulton County Commissioners, all requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code have been waived for these bids.

The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
