NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Elias and Ashley Koehler, Fulton County property owners, are applying to the Fulton County Zoning Department for a Variance to the County Zoning Code. The Koehler’s applied for the Variance because Article 100-5.2 of the Zoning Code states, “No residential structure shall be erected upon any required yard of a lot with another dwelling”.
The Koehler’s proposed development does not meet this requirement. The variance would allow them to renovate their existing shed to house their father who is unable to live alone due to a medical condition. Construction would occur on the Koehler’s property at 11095 US Hwy 20A, Wauseon, OH 43567.
A public hearing will be held before the Fulton County Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday, November 16th at 6:00 pm at 152 S. Fulton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567.
