The Fulton County Title Department processes titles for 

• motor vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles) 
• travel trailers & motorhomes
• watercraft & boat motors 
• ATV’s, off road bikes & utility vehicles
• mobile homes

Watercraft Registration

To renew or to apply for a new Watercraft Registration you must provide the following:

• Certificate of Title (if applicable)
• Application for Registration, form (ODNR 8460R) available in office or at the Ohio DNR website.
• Current Registration of the watercraft (for Renewal or Transfer)
• Picture (can be on cell phone) or pencil tracing of the Hull Identification Number (HIN#)
• Valid Government issued ID (driver license, ID card)
• Cash, Check (drawn on Ohio bank) or Credit/Debit card are accepted forms of payment for   any and all fees.
