In 2013, Paul Barnaby was elected to his fourth four-year term as a Fulton County Commissioner. He currently serves as President of the Board.

Personal Information
Commissioner Barnaby was elected to the Agriculture Hall of Fame, Honorary State Farmer, Honorary American Farmer, and Associate Farmer of the Year.

He is a native of Fulton County having graduated from Metamora High School. He and his wife Ruth have two grown children and several grandchildren. The Barnaby’s reside in Amboy Township.
