TAX NOTICE
The 1st half 2011 Real Estate taxes are due on
February 6, 2012. Taxes paid within 10 days of the due date are subject
to 5% penalty and a 10% penalty thereafter. The 2nd half 2011
Real Estate taxes will be due on July 20, 2012.
Tax bills for the First Half were mailed on December 24, 2011. Please
contact the office if you didn’t receive a bill. Mortgage Escrow billings
were sent directly to the mortgage company.

Under section 323.31 of the
Ohio Revised Code: Due to economic hardship while serving our country, active
military personnel may qualify for real estate and manufactured home tax payment
extension. Please contact the Fulton County Treasurer's office if you need
