9:03:41 AM	NEW BUSINESS: · Resolution 2010-84 Approve Pay Request for 2nd Half 2009 Marriage License, Divorce, and Dissolution Fees for Domestic Violence Victims		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:04:33 AM	· Resolution 2010-85 Authorize Board President to Execute Amended FY2010 FAA AIP Pre-Application		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:05:53 AM	Resolution 2010-86 Authorize Board President to Enter Into Service Agreement 2010-35 with Micro Works, Inc.		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:08:55 AM	· Resolution 2010-87 Enter Into Agreement 2010-36 with NACo for Prescription Drug Program Participation		The National Association of Counties (NACo) has contracted with CVS Caremark to provide a prescription drug discount program for counties that are members of NACo to offer to their uninsured or underinsured residents.  There is no cost to the county, county taxpayers or consumers to participate in the program.   Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

10:00:18 AM	Rod Creager, Chief Deputy Engineer To File Plans on Proposed Ditch Improvement No. 2107-Storeholder		Mr. Creager called in and conducted an update with the Board regarding the project via phone conference as his attendance to a meeting in Columbus was required this morning.  He stated that he is still working on preliminary assessments as there were some things that needed to be changed around.  He stated that ODNR was involved in this and they still needed to review and comment on the plans.  Discussion was held on culvert placement due to the need to be able to get across the ditch.  One culvert was already in the plans, another may need to be added.  Commissioner Genter noted that he is still in favor of having both sides of the ditch cleaned out. He further noted a conversation he had with a trustee at a Swancreek Township meeting regarding special assessments for landowners for tree clearing and whether or not this could be included in the project.  Mr. Creager stated that he could figure the assessments both ways and present to them with the engineer’s report.  The engineer’s report was continued to Feb 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.  Resolution 2010-90.
