9:01:37 AM	Resolution 2009-954 Approve Minutes of October 19, 2009		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:02:16 AM	Resolution 2009-955 Approve Agenda As Presented or Amended		Agenda was amended to cancel the executive session scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and to include Resolution 2009-967 to authorize the Board President to Execute closing documents for NSP Program Purchases.  Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion.
9:03:18 AM	OLD BUSINESS: · Resolution 2009-956 Approve Payment of Bills		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:38 AM	Review Civilian Labor Force Estimates September 2009
9:04:05 AM	·Review Wetland Mitigation Estimate Submitted by Soil and Water Conservation District		It was noted that Stantec has made attempts to get in touch with Mr. Bornique regarding this issue with no response.  Commissioner Short stated that he too has tried to make contact with Mr. Bornique and it continues to go straight to voice mail.  Certified letters have now been sent by Stantec to prompt a response.

9:11:15 AM	NEW BUSINESS: · Resolution 2009-957 Authorize Board President to Execute WPCLF Loan Agreement for Riviera Mobile Home Court Project		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:12:14 AM	· Resolution 2009-958 Transfer Funds for Eastern District Court		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:13:13 AM	· Resolution 2009-959 Increase Contract 2009-39 with Hanson Aggregate on Behalf of County Engineer		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:13:53 AM	· Resolution 2009-960 Increase Appropriations for Various Departments		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:15:10 AM	· Resolution 2009-961 Enter Into Contract 2009-127 with OK Electric, Inc. for Senior Center Generator Project		Pursuant to the award of bid for the Senior Center Generator Project on October 19, 2009, the Board entered into contract with OK Electric, Inc. of Wauseon, Ohio in the amount of $39,530.00. Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

9:20:16 AM	· Resolution 2009-963 Transfer Funds for JFS for General Fund Mandated Share		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
