9:00:54 AM	Call Meeting to Order Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer Roll Call Attendance-Commissioners Short and Genter are present.  Commissioner Barnaby absent.
9:02:04 AM	Resolution 2009-944 Approve Minutes of October 15, 2009		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:09 AM	Resolution 2009-945 Approve Agenda As Presented		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:33 AM	OLD BUSINESS: · Report Dog Warden Report for Week Ending 10/10/2009
9:04:11 AM	NEW BUSINESS: · Resolution 2009-946 Award Bid for Senior Center Generator Project		The Board held a bid opening for the Senior Center Generator Project on October 13, 2009 and one bid was received:   OK Electric, Inc., Wauseon, Ohio $39,530.00   The Bid was turned over to DeAlton Boyers, Maintenance Supervisor for his review and recommendation for award of bid.   After reviewing the bid, it was determined that OK Electric Inc, submitted the lowest and best bid, that the bid met all specifications and was below the engineer’s estimate of $40,000.00 and Mr. Boyers recommended awarding the same.   Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:05:36 AM	· Resolution 2009-947 Authorize Draw Down of Funds No. 202 for NSP Grant		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:07:01 AM	· Resolution 2009-948 Appoint Part-time Intermittent Transfer Station Operators		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:08:04 AM	· Resolution 2009-949 Authorize Board President to Execute Satisfaction of Mortgage for Release of Various CHIP Loans		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:10:02 AM	· Resolution 2009-950 Transfer Funds for CSEA Shared Costs		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:10:43 AM	· Resolution 2009-951 Create New Line Items, Advance and Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:12:04 AM	· Resolution 2009-952 Transfer and Increase Appropriations for Camp Palmer Sewer Fund		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
