9:05:30 AM	· Resolution 2009-622 Increase Appropriations in FY08 Formula Grant Fund		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:06:34 AM	· Resolution 2009-623 Establish New Fund and Line Items for Probate and Juvenile Courts		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:07:07 AM	· Resolution 2009-624 Authorize Advertisement for Second Public Hearing for CDBG Water and Sewer Program		Mr. Musallam was present for the discussion. He stated that this is for the CDBG portion of the grants toward the Fulton County Water System Project. There is currently $500K available and an additional $100K for tap assistance. It may come through the traditional CDBG grant or through ARRA funding. Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:10:29 AM	· Resolution 2009-625 Increase and Transfer Appropriations for Ottokee Water Line Fund		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:11:14 AM	· Resolution 2009-626 Increase and Transfer Appropriations for Fulton/Lucas Water Line Fund		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
