9:01:30 AM	Resolution 2009-054 Approve Minutes of January 15, 2009		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:02:44 AM	Resolution 2009-055 Approve Agenda As Presented or Amended		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

9:04:41 AM	Review Fund Summary Report		Mr. Hall presented the Board with a Year-to-date Fund Summary Report for the Board’s review.
9:08:12 AM	·Review Report of Inspection of Fulton County Transfer Station Facility		The following observations were made during the inspection:   A review of the daily logs from December 1, 2009 through January 7, 2009 was completed in the office. The contingency plan was available and reviewed at the office of the waste handling area.  A transfer station operator was present to verify the information on the contingency plan. A minimal amount of scattered litter was observed outside the waste handling areas.
9:09:17 AM	·Review Year-End Report of Clerk of Courts		The Clerk of Courts is required to submit a year-end report to the Board:   Mr. Barnaby noted that divorces and dissolutions are down from last year.  Foreclosures are up.  Auto titles are nearly the same, however the values are down.  There is an increase in salvage titles, mobile home sales and auto liens.

9:12:35 AM	·Review Correspondence from Fulton County Engineer regarding Inspection of County Bridges		County Bridges are in fair to good condition.    The following is a list of bridges posted or closed:
9:13:35 AM	Resolution 2009-60 Authorize County Administrator to negotiate terms and conditions of Workforce Coordinator Position		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:14:16 AM	NEW BUSINESS: · Resolution 2009-056 Increase Appropriations for EMS Department		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:14:58 AM	· Resolution 2009-057 Transfer Funds for Department of Job and Family Services for CSEA Shared Costs to Public Assistance		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:15:41 AM	· Resolution 2009-058 Create New Lines and Appropriations for County Engineer for OPWC Projects		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:17:32 AM	· Resolution 2009-059 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
