9:01:33 AM	Resolution 2009-039 Approve Minutes of January 12, 2009		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:02:27 AM	Resolution 2008-040 Approve Agenda As Amended		The agenda was amended to note the cancellation of the Area Office on Aging Meeting at the Fulton County Senior Center. The meeting has been moved to February 6, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:20 AM	· Resolution 2008-041 Approve Payment of Bills		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:55 AM	·Discuss Senior Citizen 1.0 Mil Levy   Resolution 2009-52  Request County Auditor to Provide Required Tax Levy Information		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion.  Commissioner Genter seconded the motion.  Motion carried unanimously.
9:05:28 AM	·Review Dog Warden Report for Week Ending 1/10/2009		A new column has been added to track dogs sent to rescue shelter.
9:06:37 AM	·Review Permissive Sales Tax Report		It was noted that numbers are down for this month in comparison with this time last year.
9:07:15 AM	NEW BUSINESS· Review Petition for Vacation of Road KL		The View of road vacation being petitioned for by the County has been set for February 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.  The Hearing will be held on February 19, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Room of the Fulton County Commissioners.   Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion.  Motion carried unanimously.
9:11:25 AM	Executive Session To Discuss the Employment of a County Employee		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Roll call vote:  Commissioner Barnaby, yes; Commissioner Genter, yes; Commissioner Short, yes.  Motion carried unanimously.
