incentive plan would be based upon cost savings. Amount not yet
known. Commissioner Genter stated that he is opposed to
retire-rehire. Commissioner Short said he is not excited, but
will support the idea. Commissioner Genter would like him to
consider hiring new staff to train first. Commissioner Barnaby
calculated some possible cost savings. Prosecutor Haselman said
he too wants savings. Commissioner Genter is not trying to run
his office, just opposed to the idea. Commissioner Short yea.

income $55,160.51, 2nd quarter was $199,671.73. First half
totals are $471,375.33. She believes we are on track to hit
approx. $800,000.00. In July we received $68,803.77.
