received a single county ditch petition filed by Allen
Riegsecker. The Board has fixed the
date and time for the view of the proposed improvement for
October 9, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. and the public hearing will be
held on November 13, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Genter
made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion.

Application |
Dog tag applications
are, by code, due on January 31st of each year. In
2009, January 31st falls on a Saturday. The Board
has the authority to extend the deadline and has elected to do
so. Dog tag applications for 2009 will be due on Monday,
February 2, 2009. Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and
Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously. |
