9:01:44 AM	Resolution 2008-1028 Approve Minutes of November 13, 2008		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:01 AM	Resolution 2008-1029 Approve Agenda As Presented		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:04:24 AM	·Discuss Letter of Interest Received for the Board of MR/DD Vacancy Resolution 2008-1042 Appoint Member to Board of MR/DD		Pursuant to the resignation of Karen Cordray from the Board of MR/DD effective December 31, 2008, a letter of interest was received from Shirley Colon to fill the vacancy.  After consideration, Commissioner Barnaby made the motion to appoint Ms. Colon to the Board of MR/DD and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.  Said term will commence January 1, 2009 and run through December 31, 2012.

9:07:13 AM	NEW BUSINESS: · Ziad Musallam, Sanitary Engineer To Discuss Kerr Waterline Petition		Mr. Musallam explained that late last week he received a waterline petition from Jack Kerr, landowner along US20A.  The petition proposes 5,000 feet of water supply line going west on US20A from the corner of US20 and SR 108.  Mr. Musallam presented a map of the area and proposed water line for the Board’s review.  He explained that he has not yet had the opportunity to do a survey or come up with a preliminary cost estimate and will bring forth more information next week for the Board’s consideration.  He noted however that he does know that this area is located within the urban growth of Wauseon.
9:13:39 AM	RESOLUTIONS: · Resolution 2008-1030 Lower Purchase Order for Board of Elections; Increase and Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:14:35 AM	· Resolution 2008-1031 Approve Personnel Action for Department of Job and Family Services		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:16:36 AM	· Resolution 2008-1032 Authorize Board President to Execute FAA Reimbursement Request #7 for FY08 Airport Projects		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:20:14 AM	· Resolution 2008-1033 Increase Contract 2008-51 with Margelefsky and Mezinko, LLC for Additional Services Rendered		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:21:18 AM	· Resolution 2008-1034 Increase and Transfer Appropriations for Fulton County Sanitary Engineer		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:22:18 AM	· Resolution 2008-1035 Approve County Sewer District Special Assessment Rates for 2009 and Authorize Collection of the Same		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:31:33 AM	Soil and Water Conservation District Monthly Update		Curt Jones and Amanda Podach were present to give the Board an update.  First discussed was the 60th Annual meeting that is approaching. 9:49:54 AM	Resolution 2008-1037 Authorize Board President to Enter Into Contract 2008-145 with Bureau of Workers Compensation for Political Subdivision Coverage		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion.  Motion carried unanimously.

9:53:15 AM	· Resolution 2008-1039 Enter Into Contracts 2008-147 & 2008-148 with Dolbey & Company, Inc. on Behalf of Fulton County Common Pleas and Western District Courts		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
