Sanitary Engineer, was present for the discussion. He stated
that this figure of $1,554.35 from the Ottokee Waterline is
based on a .25 cent gallon surcharge and the water usage based
on meter usage through the end of October. Commissioner Genter
made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion.
