the County Highway Department are being altered for a 16 week
period beginning May 12 through August 29. The hours will be
6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

An invitation was received by the
Board to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the new Wauseon 3rd-8th
Grade School on June 1, 2008 at 2:30 at Harmon Field, Wauseon
High School. |

Discussion on Ditch Improvement
2101 |
James H. Leu,
Trustee, Swancreek Township,
stopped in to inquire about the Ditch Improvement Project 2101
that was up for bid last month. He questioned the delay in the
project and the timeline of events he could expect. Mr. Barnaby
explained that no bids were received on the project and that the
engineer’s office was currently working on getting the new
specifications around. Mr. Leu expressed concerns that the
Township has regarding this delay and that there are other areas
in Swancreek Township that are in need of attention.
Commissioner Short stated that the Board of Commissioners would
like to come to one of their meetings and take a tour of those
areas. |

· Resolution
2008-415 Advertise for Bids for 2nd Public Hearing for
CDBG Water & Sewer Program Funds
|
A public hearing on the CDBG Water
& Sewer Program Funds will be held on May 14, 2008 at 9:30 a.m.
The meeting will also provide pertinent information on the
proposed Riviera Mobile Home Court Sanitary Sewer Project. 50%
of the Riviera Mobile Home Court project is being funded by CDBG
funds with the remaining 50% being assessed to the property
owner. Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner
Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. |
