9:03:10 AM	Resolution 2008-399 Approve Agenda As Presented or Amended		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:03:39 AM	Review Month End Financial Reports		County Administrator, Vond Hall, presented the Board with Month End Financial Reports showing year-to-date balances for all funds. Mr. Hall noted that budget request were beginning to come in from the departments and a brief discussion was held on whether mid-year budget hearings would be held again this year. This decision will be made later in the month.

9:11:09 AM	· Resolution 2008-401 Transfer Funds for Department of Job and Family Services CSEA County Share		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:11:55 AM	· Resolution 2008-402 Transfer Appropriations fro Department of Job and Family Services for Adoption Expenses		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:12:40 AM	· Resolution 2008-403 Authorize Board President to Approve PY08/FY09 Area 7 Workforce Development Sub-grant Agreement		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

9:31:48 AM	Bid Opening County Road N, Chesterfield – CDBG Project		The Engineer’s Estimate on this project is $123,750.00.   Two bids were received as follows:   Gerken Paving, Inc. Napoleon, Ohio $116,796.00 Henry W. Bergman, Inc. Genoa, Ohio  $119,769.00   The bids will be referred out to the Regional Planning Office and the Engineer’s Office for review and their recommendation for award of bid.

10:00:39 AM	Executive Session To Discuss the Employment of a Public Employee		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion to go into executive session to discuss the employment of a public employee and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Roll call vote:  Short, yes; Genter, yes; Barnaby, yes.  Motion carried unanimously.  Resolution 2008-411
