Regarding Fulton County Landfill |
Ziad Musallam, County Sanitary
Engineer, was present for the discussion. The letter stated that
the amount of leachate being hauled is not consistently and
significantly reducing the amount of leachate outbreaks
occurring at the landfill. Mr. Musallam stated that this letter
is based on the inspection from May 30, 2008, prior to the
increase in hauling leachate authorized by the Board of June 2,
2008. |

Chicken BBQ during Wauseon’s Homecoming |
Putting a tent in the grass for the
dining area is permissible, however frying must be on the street
to prevent killing the grass. |

the engineer’s estimate of $407,447.00. Commissioner Barnaby

Painting of Sterling Heights, Michigan in the amount of
$81,000.00. This amount is below the engineer’s estimate of

Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. |

delivered. It was noted that this amount is up from $42.27/ton
