For the purposes of this bid, Part
A refers to the Earthwork, Drainage, Pavement and Incidentals.
Part B refers to emulsified asphalt used with Part A and Part C
refers to Foamed Asphalt used with Part A.
Two addenda were submitted on this
project with Addendum 1 amending the Engineers Estimate to Part
A&B $407,447.00, and Part A&C is $463,115.00 and Addendum 2
relating to the unit bid price schedule.
Two bids were received as follows:
