Correspondence Regarding Agricultural Easement Program |
Correspondence was
received from the Ohio Department of Agriculture and the Black
Swamp Conservancy relating to the Agricultural Easement Purchase
Program. The Conservancy submitted a resolution passed by the
Fulton Township Trustees stating the Conservancy’s intentions on
sponsoring an application for the AEPP on behalf of a Fulton
County Resident. Commissioner Genter stated that Fulton County
Soil and Water was the sponsor for Fulton County and that a
resolution to rescind Black Swamp as the sponsor was recently
passed. It was further noted that Soil and Water has several
applications that are to come before the Commissioners to
approve a resolution in support. |
