Administrator Hall
noted that there has been discussions regarding the collection
of fines associated with court action for citations involving
those issued by the dog warden and the way those fines are then
distributed. The code states that only complaints filed under
very specific code sections and fines collected thereof shall be
disbursed to the dog & kennel fund, whereas citations issued
under others are distributed in to the general fund. Fines
associated with the failure to wear dog tags is a citation that
is currently distributed to the general fund and arguably should
be distributed into the dog and kennel fund. Action is being
taken to have that changed. |

of this Four County Joint Board, also wish to advertise for this
parcel of land in the Archbold Buckeye. |

Sanitary Engineer - Discuss Ben A. Rupp Waterline Petition

Ziad Musallam,
Sanitary Engineer, and Steve Brown, Regional Planning Commission
Director, were present to address the board. Mr. Musallam
stated that a petition was filed to extend the county water line
in Ottokee for the Ben Rupp Subdivision, on State Route 108
between County Roads J & 14. This is based on a preliminary
plan that has been reviewed by the Regional Planning Commission
and Mr. Brown stated that it is expected to have the plat
approved at their September meeting. The county will not issue
assessments due to this being a developer project and will be
paid for by such. This project will be constructed under the
supervision of the city and county and upon completion will be
turned over to the county for maintenance. Commissioner Barnaby
made the motion to approve the agreement and Commissioner Genter
seconded the Motion. Motion carried unanimously.
