Agenda was amended
to pull Resolution 2007-939 to Approve House of Ruth Domestic
Violence Shelter as Qualified Agency to Receive Fees Collected
from Marriage Licenses and Dissolution Fees due to the request
not being submitted by the shelter in a timely manner. A
prosecutor's opinion will be sought before further action is
taken on this matter. Commissioner Barnaby made the motion to
approve the agenda as amended and Commissioner Genter seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously. |
