July 20, 2007 for certification. Commissioner Genter made the
motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion

the Senior Center |
The Board accepted
the resignation of Rev. Paul Sternisha from the Advisory Board
of the Fulton County Senior Center after serving a term of ten
(10) years on the Board. Commissioner Barnaby made the motion
and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously. |

from Adult Probation Department regarding collection of
fees/costs |
The Adult Probation
Department collected the amount of $4,051.99 for the month of
June, which includes court costs, fines, attorney’s fees, costs
of confinement, restitution, drug screening costs and
supervision fees. It was further noted that there are a total
of 127 offenders that are on probation/community control at this
time. |

Resolution
2007-560 to Increase Appropriations for Western District
Court was taken off the table. Resolution 2007-567.
After research by Administrator Hall, it was determined that the
action called for in said resolution was proper and necessary to
pay the lease on the postage machine for the remainder of 2007.
Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. |

An invitation was
extended to the Board to tour Royalton Township. The date of
August 6, 2007 as outlined in said invitation was found to be
compatible with the Commissioners schedule. The Board Clerk
