8:08:32 AM	Resolution 2007-539 To Hold Emergency Meeting		An emergency session is necessary to approve purchase orders that were submitted previously by the Department of Job and Family Services and later voided due to technical defects contained therein.   Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
