to Ward Construction in the amount of $67,809.80 for the 2007
Seal Coat Project. Commissioner Short made the motion and
Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried

Regional Planning
Director, Steve Brown, was present to answer any questions from
the Board. He stated that a plan was necessary to be in place to
apply for any federal monies for demolition of homes/residences
in LMI areas under the CDBG plan. He further stated that the
previous plan had been in place since 1984 and changes have been
made. Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Genter
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. |

2007-524 Designate Representative To Execute WPCLF
Documents |
County Sanitary
Engineer, Ziad Musallam, was present to answer any questions
from the Board. He stated that this Resolution was necessary due
to the fact that previously the Grants Coordinator was the
authorized signer for said documents. Due to the recent
elimination of said position, it is now necessary to designate a
new signer for these documents. This resolution designates the
County Administrator as the authorized signer for WPCLF
documents. Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner
Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. |
