NEW BUSINESS
Review Correspondence from The Woda Group, LLC regarding
Senior Residential Development Veronica Village - Swanton
|
Commissioner Genter had invited Deb Gerken to
come in this morning since both of these correspondences involve
NOCAC. She proceeded to explain the details and what the
requirements or guidelines would be to participate in these
housing developments once completed. She also presented floor
plans for them. Some reporting would have to be done each year
and $1500 would be realized for being the non-profit agency.
Commissioner Short asked if the Archbold location had been
approved as far as zoning. Ms. Gerken said she did not know the
answer to that for sure but she would assume that since they
have an application that all the details have been worked out.
Ms. Gerken noted that the Swanton development (Veronica Village)
has been turned down by the Village of Swanton.
