9:01:48 AM	Resolution 2007-1137 Approve Minutes of December 27, 2007		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:02:29 AM	Resolution 2007-1138 Approve Agenda As Presented or Amended		Commissioner Short made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:02:50 AM	·Review Year End Fund Summary Report		County Administrator, Vond Hall, presented the Board with an all funds summary report.  It was noted that they did have to use some carryover to balance the year and that much more would need to be used in 2008.
9:04:47 AM	Review Apiary Inspection Report Released by Ohio Dept. of Agriculture and Appoint Fulton County Apiary Inspector for 2008 Resolution 2007-1139		The Board appointed Mr. Edwin (Fritz) Gehring of Toledo, Ohio as the apiary inspector again this year at a rate of $11.70/hr and mileage at a rate of .48/mile.  Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:08:05 AM	· Resolution 2007-1140 Approve 2008 Budget		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:10:58 AM	· Resolution 2007-1141 Create New Line Item; Transfer Funds and Appropriations for Various Departments		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:12:22 AM	· Resolution 2007-1142 Authorize Board President Enter Into Contract 2008-18 with Bricker and Eckler as Bond Counsel and Special Counsel for CRA and TIF Incentives		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:14:25 AM	· Resolution 2007-1143 Enter Into Contract 2008-19 with Lammon Rent Account on Behalf of the Board of Elections		Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:19:19 AM	· Resolution 2007-1144 Grant Authority to Make Accounting Corrections to Funds 2376 and 2370		Mr. Hall explained that due to the Community Corrections Grant running short, an account was previously set up within the probation services fund to subsidize the community corrections grant fund for expenses, however in error, expenses were still being paid out of the Grant fund and as such, caused the Grant fund to go negative. The resolution herein will grant the Auditor authority to correct the issue and bring the Grant fund back to zero.  Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:21:58 AM	· Resolution 2007-1145 Approve Draw Down of Funds for FY05 Water and Sewer Grants		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:25:15 AM	Resolution 2007-1146 Approve Personnel Action for Department of Job and Family Services		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Short seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
9:27:38 AM	Resolution 2007-1147 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests		Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
