from William Conley regarding the use of lane leading to lagoons
at the Pettisville Water Reclamation Plant |
Pursuant to the
request made in Mr. Conley’s letter, Commissioner Genter made
the motion to allow Mr. Conley to drive the lane leading to the
lagoons at the Plant for hunting ducks and geese on the old
Sielier farm land as requested. Commissioner Barnaby seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution

The letter
referenced requests financial support and participation in
Maumee Valley RC&D activities during 2008. No action will be
taken at this time, however will be up for further discussion in
