She estimates needing approximately $190,000 in the next 5 years - those dollars cannot be used for salaries. Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. The recommendation is to split the residence from the land. Commissioner Genter asked who receives the rent. Mr. Hall said the fair board. 9:10:36 AM Review Correspondence from Judge Bumb regarding Family First Council   Judge Bumb has responded to a letter saying that he is willing and happy to serve on this council. 9:11:25 AM Review Correspondence from Ohio Department of Agriculture regarding Animal Damage Control Indemnity Fund     9:12:39 AM Review Correspondence from OhioEPA regarding Facility Plan Approval Elmira/Burlington Sanitary Sewer System   Mr. Musallam was present to explain. This notice is subject to public notice and appeal if needed. There is no need for action from the Commissioners. 9:14:15 AM Review Notice of Award from United States Environmental Protection Agency- Elmira/Burlington Sanitary Sewer System Resolution 2006-720 to authorize Ziad to execute and submit   Notice of award is $764,600. This needs to be authorized, executed and returned within 21 days. Motion carried unanimously 9:16:46 AM Resolution 2006-715 Approve Request for Pay No. 4 Final and Change Order No. 2 Heer Excavating, Inc. - County Road C Project   Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously 9:17:51 AM Resolution 2006-716 Transfer Appropriations and/or Funds for Various Departments   Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously 9:20:15 AM Resolution 2006-718 Transfer Appropriations within Pettisville Sewer District Fund 5104 and Pettisville Waterline Fund 5207   Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Commissioner Genter moved to table the resolution and Commissioner Barnaby seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
