9:01:51 AM	OLD BUSINESS Resolution 2006-794 Approve Payment of Bills	Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Graf seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously
9:02:12 AM	Continue Discussion on Communication Workstation for 9-1-1 Wireless Project Bid Resolution 2006-774 Award Bid for Communication Workstation for County 9-1-1 Wireless System	Mr. Kilgour reported on his meeting with the Prosecutor. Andy Votava was present for the discussion as well. Xybix has met all the specifications and is the lowest and best even though the bid is not the actual lowest. Mr. Votava reiterated the reasoning behind the recommended award. The lowest bid could not be accepted because of not having a bid/contract bond. The next lowest bid did not meet all the specifications. Commissioner Barnaby made the motion and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously

9:05:52 AM	Resolution 2006-796 Enter into Technical Assistance Agreement 2006-106 with Maumee Valley Planning Organization for FY06 Formula Program	Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously
9:07:06 AM	Resolution 2006-797 Cancel Commissioners' Session on Wednesday, November 22, 2006	Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously
9:08:32 AM	Resolution 2006-798 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests	Commissioner Genter made the motion and Commissioner Graf seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously
