Resolution 2006-339 Award Bid for
Ditch 2100 (Chambers) Commissioner Genter made motion to approve
Seconded by Commissioner Barnaby. Motion carried unanimously
Commissioner Graf opened the hearing and Rod reviewed the
petition and work done so far - this has been a private project.
A culvert was not changed and grasswork was not done on a
portion. Brush was taken care of and pretty much everything else
was okay other than those filter strips. Rod recommends
continuing the hearing with revised assessments some time late
in August.
