Once approved a resolution will be needed to advertise for bid. He reported a few minor changes are needed. Weather has delayed some of the testing. Commissioner Genter made motion to approve Seconded by Commissioner Barnaby to advertise for bid on July 4 and July 11 and open on July 24 at 10:00 AM . Recess for all payroll to come in.   Commissioner Genter asked if there were any land issues that need to be resolved.
