Commissioners. Mr. Eldridge is the new Economic Development
Director for Fulton County.

Review Correspondence from Ohio Department of Taxation
|
Commissioner Graf said it's not good policy in
his opinion but it is what it is. Mr. Hall added that there is
no direction included in the correspondence. Commissioner Genter
said that other businesses should be checked to see if they are
in line with the one you are currently doing business with.

Discuss Request for Additional Credit Cards for Department
|
The auditor has requested two additional credit
cards for members of her staff. Commisioner Graf asked why Fred
Allen needed a card. Ms. Yackee responded that he is going to
alot of weights and measures seminars and a card would be
useful.
Commissioner Barnaby made the motion to approve the request
Commissioner Genter said that he would approve one for Fred
Eldridge.
Commissioner Graf seconded the motion. Commissioner Genter
commented that there are too many cards out there already.
Motion carried two to 1 with Commissioner Genter casting a nay
vote. |

Discuss Request for Appropriations from Western District
Court
|
The order from the court cannot be honored as
there is not $22,000 available. What is needed is something from
the court that would certify that the monies are coming in so
that it can be presented to the budget commission. Mr. Hall will
get with the judge to inform him of the process. |

Hall thinks this is the traditional 6131
Commissioner Graf made the motion to table the resolution for
clarification and Commissioner Genter seconded the motion.
