They are in the process of adding additional shelving to add roller shelf space. The ongoing pagination continues, Peg is review film from A.J. from a few years ago. Equipment is in good shape. The next step is working wiht the indexing software. We have the software, we need to have the I.T. department to help. Mr. Hall will coordinate staff hours to make it happen. Commissioner Graf asked about journals. Director Harris, said they are all caught up. Paper records keep coming in, and the process continues. Continue to see geneology requests. It would help to have the public read and print on their own. Commissioner Graf asked about her retirement. She said not at this point. Its a nice thought, but she is not ready. Commissioner Barnaby asked about buying a splicer.
