introduce to the Commissioners - Christy Cavazos and Marsha

Mr. Caldwell presented the first quarter report and also
explained the delay in getting this out.

Mr. Musallam explained the postponement of the
bid opening this morning. There was an addendum to the project
regarding easements and did not have the necessary 72 working
hour notice. All contractors were notified of the new bid date.
