Motion carried unanimously. 9:01:28 AM OLD BUSINESS Weekly Dog Warden Report Week of July 2, 2006 through July 8, 2006   Not available today 9:01:47 AM Review Correspondence to Health Department regarding Elmira/Burlington Sanitary Sewer System   Letter is to be signed by Mr. Hall. Ziad Musallam was present to explain the need for the correspondence. Several easements have not been obtained and Mr. Musallam is making the Health Dept. aware. 9:06:14 AM Review and Discuss Request for 9-1-1 Communications Sheriff Merillat was present for the discussion and to explain. A finance plan will have to be put in place until their grant monies come in. Homeland Security money is in place and has to be used by September. The present console is the original one from 1990 and Motorola has said it is pretty much obsolete if something happens to it. The general feeling was that the monies will probably have to be advanced. State purchase will be utilized. Mr. Hall commented that finding additional monies will be difficult. Financing was an option. M   9:36:52 AM Recess until 10:00 appointment   9:59:38 AM Ohio Department of Transportation - Construction Update and Budget Discussion ODOT introductions were taken care of before the presentation. The program is growing steadily with the dollar not buying as much as it used to. Status of major projects were reviewed - I-75/475 Systems Interchange, US24 multiple contracts, I-475/Salisbury Rd Interchange, Railroad Grade Separation, Major Interstate Studies, and I-280 Maumee River Crossing Main Span. Other District 2 projects were reviewed as well. FY2007 Construction projects for Fulton County were named.
