Discuss Fulton County Senior Citizens Satellite Center -
Swanton
|
Trinity Church at Swanton is unwilling to sign
the contract due to the liability clause added to the contract
sent to them for signature. The church would also like to raise
the monthly rent from $300 to $350 ($25 to $29 a day). Mr. Hall
said that whether the language is in the contract or not, the
church is liable since we are the renter. CORSA has related that
same fact that we have no coverage.
The Commissioners would like to check with the church as to what
they would be willing to sign before approving anything today.
Commissioner Genter suggested offering Fayette the same
increase. |
