Ziad Musallam was present for the discussion. Mr. Musallam stated the Commissioners had reviewed a draft of this permit in June and the permit before them today is the final permit. He added that there is a $500 fee for the permit before it is enacted. | |

| 9:15:02 AM | Jeff Robinson stopped in to inquire about the Dieringer property | A life estate by grant for the Dieringers was proposed by Mr. Robinson in order for the property to be titled to the county. A 5-year lease is the limit for a lease and could not contain a clause for automatic renewal. Their life estate interest woud be terminated by quick claim deed at such time the county would need the property for airport improvement purposes. Mr. Hall said that he would want Jason Wotts to review this before moving forward on anything. Mr. Robinson suggested that the agreement be done with a provision of within 2 years a life estate for farming puposes would be granted to the Dieringers. Or give them a 5-year lease with a conversion to a life estate option subject to the Commissioners need to use it for airport purposes. This suggestion made the most sense to the Commissioners. Mr. Robinson will meet with the Prosecutor to try and work this out. | |
