| 9:01:39 AM | Aaron Moore, Sky Financial - Discuss Health Insurance | Mr. Moore was present with some requested options along with projected costs for the Commissioners to review. A combined consortium renewal summary was reviewed first. He commented that he is meeting with Henry County on Thursday. Mr. Moore informed the Commissioners of the percentage increase on claims experience and stop loss where we are at right now. Next, projected premiums were explained. Mr. Moore stressed that this is just projected, they could go up or down. He noted that Fulton County is fully reserved right now. Plan options were presented by Mr. Moore. Option 1 has added deductibles plus additional co-pays for the employee. Option 2 change is a change in percentage from 10% to 20%. Option 3 has a higher deductible. Option 4 Healthcare compatible savings accounts were explained briefly by Mr. Moore. Dollars put in, if not used, are not lost like in a flexible plan. A quote from CEBCO is expected within the next couple weeks. Mr. Moore will get back with us once his Henry County meeting takes place.
