Rod Creager, Frank Onweller, and Jan Burkhard were present for the discussion as well.

Resolution to Approve the Collections for the Tax Duplicate - will be on Monday's agenda.
10:06:07 AM Rod Creager, Fulton County Chief Deputy Engineer - Continued Engineer's Report on Ditch 2100 (Chambers)
 Brinda Miller, Jan Burkhard, and Frank Onweller were also present for the Engineer's Report.

Mr. Creager presented revised assessments for the Commissioners to review.

Discussions were closing the ditch, just putting in a tile, or cleaning the ditch.

Commissioner Genter moved to take the cleaning of the ditch to the final hearing and Commissioner Barnaby seconded the motion. Commissioner Graf said he is still in favor of closing the ditch. February 9, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. is the date set for the final hearing. Motion carried unanimously.
