Commissioner Graf opened the public hearing and gave a brief overview of the request to change the zoning district in York Township as petitioned by Seibel. The Zoning Commission did affirm the change on May 26, 2005. No one offered to be sworn in for testimonies. Doug Yackee asked about ODOT's response to a request for a drive onto Airport highway. Commissioner Graf said he was not aware that there has been any issue on this. Shawn Ferguson explained what the process is and said that once there is a specific project then it will be submitted for consideration on those curb cuts. Lowell Mull question - has his property for sale and wondered what type of impact this would have on the value of his property. Commissioner Graf offered his guess that it would have little or a positive impact on that and stressed that is only his opinion. Commissioner Genter said he would not say one way or another. Mr. Mull said that it would increase traffic and wondered about a four-lane highway. Commissioner Genter said he did not foresee that any time soon. Commissioner Graf asked once again if anyone wanted to offer testimonies. | |
