Section 208 Planning Commissioner Graf asked about county zoning - could the Commissioners enforce zoning in unzoned areas for the good of the county. He referred to the St. Rt. 108 area in Dover Twp. Commissioner Graf asked Mr. Brown to keep the Commissioners posted on the zoning decisions. There was also discussion on a code for builders or contractors stating they would abide by certain standards being adopted. Commissioner Genter asked Mr. Brown to check further into that. Mr. Brown did say that builders have to be certified in the City of Wauseon. Commissioner Graf reiterated that Mr. Brown keep them posted on any information he receives. | |

Commissioner Graf asked if this would be able to be dismissed today. Mr. Creager said not yet, although a letter has been received from Dominique asking for a suspension. Private work has been started but has halted due to cold weather problems. Mr. Creager is asking to continue the Engineers Report to some time in June. June 20, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. was designated as the date and time to continue. Commissioner Graf made motion to approve Seconded by Commissioner Barnaby. Motion carried unanimously | |
