Correspondence has been received from the Defiance County Commissioners requesting a clause to be added to the contract as prepared. They indicate that if the clause is added they will then sign the lease contract. Consensus is that the other 3 counties have sent their approval of the lease and that if Defiance does not wish to sign it the lease will still be approved by majority. | |

| 9:13:03 AM | Administrator Hall brought up another old business item. | Mr. Hall brought up the parking lot improvement especially due to the maintenance problems that have occurred over the winter and will more than likely carry over into the spring. Drainage remains a problem and a tile continues to freeze due to not being deep enough. Mr. Hall has spoken with Jeff Eickhoff at the engineers dept. about some possible solutions. The Commissioners agreed that they need to get the water to a bigger ditch. They also noted that the parking lot gets used a lot and needs to be taken care of. Commissioner Graf said at the very least it will need gravel. | |

Commissioner Graf expressed frustration with the ongoing issue over the auditors certificate. Mr. Hall said if the Commissioners do not approve it the auditor will issue a certificate of non-compliance. The motion failed. | |

Mr. Burkhard reminded the Commissioners that the Five County Alcohol and Drug have withdrawn their 04 Formula request. He has contacted the Open Door at Delta and they cannot really use more funds. Metamora can use the money and after contacting the state, they are in agreement. Mr. Burkhard's recommendation is to accept the withdrawal of Five County's request and reallocate the monies to Metamora. Commissioner Genter made motion to approve Seconded by Commissioner Graf.
